If you've never heard of "Clog-Dancing" or "Clogging" you're in for a toe-tapping treat!
Clogging is a "PERCUSSIVE" (noisey) dance style related to Tap Dancing and Irish Step Dance. We wears TAPS (not wooden shoes!) Clogging is often featured at 4-H events, county fairs, barn dances and festivals - and is performed (and enjoyed) by people of all ages across the entire USA - and around the world!

IN THIS VIDEO: You'll see my old team's performance from the 2013 Northeast Clogging Competition in Burlington, VT.
This routine features traditional step-work, synchronous between all dancers, in the style I'm known for..."Drag-Slide." We also don costumes reminiscent of yesteryear - complete with skirts and fluffy petticoats!

It's a great representation of the traditional "drag-slide" technique I'm known for... This energetic song always gets my blood pumping and puts a big smile on my face!

I was born and raised Traditional....but clogging has evolved into a whole new thing reflecting modern music, blending with other dance styles, with increased speed and intricacy of steps. Whoa!

IN THIS VIDEO: You'll see my COMPETITION PERFORMANCE (from the 2013 Northeast Clogging Competition in Burlington, VT) in the "Choreographed Solo" division. The STYLE of clogging done here is a more MODERN, challenging form - with intricate syncopated steps and jazzy dance moves - done to a mashup of modern music!
